ADOPTED 12-03-11 – Blossom is a special pup! She came into the Ouachita Parish Animal Shelter in West Monroe, LA a very scared little girl. She caught the eye of the shelter volunteers and they loved on her and worked with her during her 7 day stray hold. Blossom was not going to be put up for adoption…she is a black dog and was not doing well in the shelter environment. In a crowded public pound, she had no chance! Thanks to a great relationship with PAWS of NE LA and Rescue Dog Village Guardian, Inc. of CT, Blossom was pulled from the shelter and is now looking for a loving home up north. She has “blossomed” in foster care and loves playing with other dogs and hanging with her foster family.

Blossom is approximately 4 months old and is a black Lab mix. She is spayed, current on all vaccinations and heartworm/flea prevention. Blossom is doing well with potty and crate training and is an all around great puppy.
