ADOPTED 06-02-12 – Though our rescue is predominately for German shepherds we on occasion run across dogs that are just too adorable to turn down, in this case a dog named trout. This puppy (6 months ) is chestnut spotted, medium coat, 30 pound, bundle of pure southern cute. Though his family tree probably encompasses English setters, Springer spaniels and something, he has managed to pull all the good traits from each. Loving, gentle, sweet, happy, good natured, smart, all traits that define this very special young man. Our rescue has had a ball working with this guy, he is always up and happy, this joy rubs off on us making our tough days manageable. We miss all of our dogs as they move on to their new forever homes but when trout moves on it will be a truly bittersweet event.
NEUTERED ****WHITE WITH CHESTNUT SPOTS****FULLY VETTED****HOUSE, LEASH AND BASIC COMMAND TRAINED **** GOOD WITH PEOPLE****GOOD WITH OTHER DOGS
Trout is house trained, leash trained and knows his basic commands, not bad for a puppy but then again this is the very special trout. This young man plays well with all, people, dogs and children; the joy that exudes from this interaction is contagious and intoxicating. To my knowledge trout has absolutely no, I repeat, no bad habits; he is an amazing puppy in all ways.
