ADOPTED ON 01-09-16 – Our new ward, a beautiful male German shepherd, is the true definition of “gentle soul”, meet Luther! This young man has every reason to be a different, hostile personality but he has decided that he is above cruel people and has instead embraced the beauty of forgiveness and love. Luther has all the classic characteristics of a German shepherd: high character, bravery, strength, gentle, loving, high intelligence, beauty and of course a strong but in control protective instinct.

Our boy is a 3 year old, solid framed, probable 90 pounder with a long, thick red/tan/black coat. To say that Luther successfully completely our training and socialization program is a great understatement, he literally blew the programs away. During these programs Luther revealed tremendous capability to be trained to do almost anything, super intelligence, a wonderful love of almost anything human and a great ability to get along well with other dogs. The family that gets this wonderful young man will truly be blessed with one of the most loving creatures on the planet!
