ADOPTED ON 05-01-15 – Our boy Thor (a half German shepherd and half Siberian husky) has just graduated from our socialization and training programs. Mr. Thor performed extremely well in all aspects though I must admit that he is fairly convinced that he is the most hansom animal on the planet. This guy carries himself with a swagger that could be considered vain but he backs it up with intelligence, appeal and grace, watching this guy prance is pure poetry in motion.

CLASSIC BLACK AND TAN COAT*** POUNDS***NEUTERED***FULLY VETTED***GREAT PERSONALITY***GREAT WITH PEOPLE***GREAT WITH OTHER DOGS ***LEASH, HOUSE AND BASIC COMMAND TRAINED

Thor has the markings (black and tan), size (he will top out in excess of 85 pounds) and demeanor (warm, friendly but with protective instincts) of a classic German shepherd. Thor is quite playful but very gentle with both people and other dogs but make no mistake he will not let another dog dominate him. We have seen that our boy is easily trained reflecting a focus and maturity that typically is beyond the capabilities of the average one year old shepherd or husky. Thor will fit comfortably in any home that has the time to exercise him appropriately and follow through with his training.

DISCLAIMER: THE BREED POSTED ON OUR DOGS’ BIOGRAPHIES ARE OUR BEST GUESS BASED ON SEVERAL YEARS OF DOG RESCUE. ADOPTERS WHO NEED TO KNOW THE EXACT BREED OF A PARTICULAR DOG MUST HAVE THE DOG TESTED AT THEIR OWN EXPENSE.
