ADOPTED ON 07-11-15 – He is playful, he is happy, he is loving, he is hansom and he is available for adoption, please welcome Mr. Rex. This young man is a black and red, male , German shepherd that is 3 years old and weighs in at 90 pounds ( soon to be 80 pounds ). Rex is without a doubt one of the most affectionate GSD’s you will ever encounter, he loves all things human and quite frankly thinks he is a lap dog. Though rotund, Mr. Rex is playful with other dogs, seems to enjoy classic GSD rough house play but is always the gentleman.

Our boy is also a classic example of all things German shepherd, capable, intelligent, strong bond, strong character, loving, gentle and a strong but in control protective instinct. One of the most endearing, though somewhat disarming, traits of Rex is that he seems to know what you are thinking before you do. Rex gets along with anything and everybody, if he has a fault we cannot find it unless you consider food drive a fault. If you are looking for the absolute definition of a companion then look no further, his name is “Rex”.
