ADOPTED ON 09-17-16 – The only way to describe our new graduate is “sweetness defined”! This girl (melody) is a petite female German shepherd of about 55 pounds, with a long flowing black and red coat and she is around 1 1/2 years of age. Melody is great with all things human, be they small or large, great with all dogs, playing or relaxing, and she is a true pleasure just to be around.

This little girl came to us very shy and frightened but to her credit she put that aside quickly and came charging playfully into her new life. I wish I could take credit for training melody but truth be told, I received a great deal more from her than she ever did from me. Obviously our girl blew right through our training and socialization programs, revealing a very high intellect, a very high people drive and a high desire to train. I could go on and on about melody but it boils down to this; “if you want to know why god and dog contain the same beautiful letters you have but watch her loving interaction with children”, a wonderful glow that only god can create.
