ADOPTED ON 02-05-21 –Our German shepherd rescue is proud to present for adoption the uniquely gorgeous lady, Ms Mocha. This young lady is absolutely knock gorgeous, with her unique coloration, her perfect stride, her solid symmetry and great demeanor. This is all a gift from God to us, you see Mocha was intentionally being starved to death by a hideous person. Thankfully we were able to rescue her but it took police intervention and court proceeding to get her, I believe that the powers that be did not believe that that someone this evil could actually exist. Enough of that, what we now have is a dog with great human skills, has tremendous love of kids and plays extremely well with other dogs.

Mocha will try to be by your side at all times, constantly seeking your approval, trying to steal an ear rub or by chance nuzzle a treat from your pocket. Mocha performed very well in all of our socialization and training programs, reflecting high intelligence, strong people drive, strong desire to train and great social skills with other dogs. Mocha, fully filled out, probably be in the 80 pound range, she is also around 3 years old but plays like a puppy. This girl is a no brainer when it comes to choosing a new family member.

Each stage of Puppy Growth and development is fascinating; by the time it reaches its first birthday a puppy is considered a mature, adult dog. Puppy Growth rate is fast compared to humans, just compare a puppy of 8 weeks to a baby of the same age.

One of the most common questions asked about a puppy’s growth and development rate refers to the eventual size of the puppy. How big will the puppy grow? How can you determine the adult size of a puppy? A young puppy is tiny and cute – everyone loves puppies! But will the puppy be suited to your environment? How much exercise will be required for a full grown dog? Will the puppy be a suitable pet for children? The breed of the puppy will determine the answers to these questions. A general response to the size and growth rate of a puppy and the adult size of a puppy is therefore not possible – it needs to be specific to the puppy’s breed.
