ADOPTED ON 01-24-15 – Sir Jesse is one of our new German shepherd graduates, a hansom lad of about 2 years with a wonderful semi long coat, a super personality and will probably weigh in at about 90 pounds when finished. As with almost all of our wards, this guy had an extremely brutal start but as is the case with most of these German shepherd rescues he has decided to move on with his life. What really sets Jesse apart is his gentle non confronting nature, a true family dog. Our boy is always open to approach by both people and other dogs but given the choice he would much prefer to be a humans “Velcro” buddy. Of course Jesse has been tested with children and is, as one would expect, the personification of tender love, gentle partner and capable protector.
SEMI-LONG SILKY COAT *** NEUTERED *** FULLY VETTED *** GREAT PERSONALITY
GREAT WITH ALL PEOPLE, BIG AND SMALL *** GREAT WITH OTHER DOGS *** LEASH, HOUSE AND BASIC COMMAND TRAINED
Mr. Jesse has handled of our rehabilitation, socialization and training programs with great determination and poise, we often wondered who was getting the most from these programs, Jesse or ourselves. This guy has all of the wonderful characteristics of the breed with extreme emphasis on gentle and loving. Jesse would come to his new owner with good leash skills, great house manners and full capability with his base commands.
