ADOPTED ON 09-12-15 – He is big, he is composed, he is gorgeous, he has the look and his name is “Diego”. Our boy is a 2 year old, 90 plus pound, solid black, long coat, German shepherd  with no negatives in his resume’. Diego has it all; large but gentle, imposing but approachable, loving but always alert, playful but in charge, protective but always in control and of course intelligent to the point of making you wonder who is training who.

Working with Diego has been a journey of wonder, love and fascination, your time with him takes on the feeling of a shared development experience where all have gained tremendously. Of course out training and socialization modules were no problem for our boy but they did allow us to understand the deep and profound commitment this boy has for all things human. Diego gets along very well with our other dogs (16), always open to approach, always playful and happy but make no mistake all of the dogs understands who is the leader.
