ADOPTED ON 09-24-16 – He enters the room, all go quiet, he owns the place and he knows it, his presence is unmistakable, folks you have just experienced our new graduate, Sir Chase! This boy is a two year old German shepherd with a flowing black/red/tan coat, a massive head and a frame that will carry 90 pounds easily. Chase is a supremely confident guy that carries himself with a sense of authority while still managing to appear approachable and pleasant. This young man has all the classic German shepherd characteristics of gentleness, strength, character, intelligence, loving and of course a strong but in control protective instinct.
GREAT WITH PEOPLE
GOOD WITH OTHER DOGS
LEASH, HOUSE AND BASIC COMMAND TRAINED
Chase handled, with great ability, all of the challenges of our training and socialization programs, revealing strengths in trainability, intelligence and human desire. Chase is very good with all things human (including children), proving to be both gentle and aware. This boy is good with other dogs but does not share “his” person well, though he is easily controlled with commands. Chase gives and demands respect, a trait I personally love, this is probably the basis for his presence and confidence. This guy is not for the novice owner but he will be a superior catch for a fair and confident owner.
